Return & Refund Policy

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return.

CANCELLATION POLICY

(CAN BE CANCELED BEFORE THE PRODUCT LEAVES OUR WAREHOUSE):

IT WILL BE POSSIBLE TO CANCEL THE ORDER ONLY 48 HOURS AFTER PLACING IT.

IF 48 HOURS HAVE PASSED SINCE THE ORDER WAS PLACED AND THE PACKAGE HAS ALREADY LEFT OUR WAREHOUSE – IT WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE TO CANCEL IT.

 
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
 
Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done the procedure mentioned above and you still haven’t received your refund,
 
What If The Items I Received are Defective/ Incorrect/ Damaged? 
The order can be canceled within 48 hours and we do not issuer refunds. once the  order has been received.

  • Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)
  • Complete delivery address

In some cases, you may be required to include a video or photo of the defective product for proof in order to refund or replace the product.
